Samson Says

It was then Samson’s turn to visit for the day and he always makes sure I am aware of his presence as I prepare for my morning shower. Telepathically I thank him for being near and he in turn thanks me for letting him be my guide for this day. He is short of stature, about ten inches and weighing bout three pounds. He loves strawberry waffles but as a typical Faery, he hovers above the morsel in orb form to extract the nutrients and vitamins that give him the energy he so richly deserves for… Continue

Sane in the city

Here are a few ways that I've found it possible to keep balanced and grounded in an urban environment.

- For many years I kept a herb garden, and then suddenly due to work found myself living in places where it was no longer possible to grow a garden. I found that aromatherapy and use of essential oils were a great substitute as a way to access the healing power of nature, without a physical garden. I recommend studying a bit about aromatherapy and finding ways to incorporate… Continue

Dragonfly

Today a beautiful iridescent turquoise dragonfly alighted on me in the garden. It was a magical moment and seemed connected to the faery realm. The dragonfly was quite young, I think.

Elven World reviews

I finished reading Elven World and I really enjoyed it, so I'm going to start off with my own review. and others can leave theirs!

An enchanting romp

Elven princes and princesses, actual mythical characters with the various magical abilities traditionally attributed to them, come up against a formidable foe. In an unusual twist, they must conquer both physical and psychological opponents. In the end, they learn about where the magic in all of us really comes… Continue

Elven Time Travel

In the modern world it was Einstein, with his theory of relativity, who popularized Time Travel in the magazines and on TV, opening the doors so long closed, to its "real possibility" and igniting our imaginations.

Ancient worlds may have had the techniques and technology of time travel long ago, but few records of that exists except in collective memory mainly relegated to legend and myth––still too fantastic to be real.

Perhaps it is just plain comfortable to consider… Continue

Modern Faery Tale

“Modern fairy traditions are about blending the past with the future. In doing this, it helps us as people to evolve so that we can be on equal footing with our technology. We must learn to apply wisdom in using our technology so that it helps us rather than destroys us. Elves and fairies by nature are just the beings to teach us how to build a bridge between nature and technology, so that they can live side by side, nourishing each other and providing for each other’s well-being”

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...
