Little Daisy
Your roots dig deep into this precious earth
meeting little stones in the unique process of your birth
 
I see this Little Daisy breathing in the sun
a perfect cosmic union as the wind whispers "life's begun!"
 
In the meeting of this flower we smile from our bones of blood
joining hands and singing in poetic and rhythmic flood!
