You don't. Only administrator of the site has right to create groups. That's me. Is there a group that you would ant here that is not here?

Now I wondered on that too,as I wanted to make a group way back,so isnt that a bit controlling of members input on Admins part..cos you can always either accept or decline a group when its made anyway. Why should members have to ask for a group to be created,especially with time zones waiting around to ask..why not let members make the group if its not accepted then decline it - simple?

Anyway its Saturday and is such a beautiful day outside in the sunshine,.. I've been going around second hand shops & the recycling refuge station and second hand centres collecting glass & pottery items for some time now for these projects, I've been paying next to nothing 50c to $1 for items some even 3x for $1 and then re-purposing them into garden sculptures for my garden..so I made this one today in my spare time..

This is previous garden art pieces I did a few years back..

All I needed was a hot glue gun, some picture hooks which I stole from the back of old picture frames from my garage, some padding cushions I found at the Bunning's Handyman Store, and some old plates & bowls I got from the refuse recycling station..

I was going to add them all together, starting with the larger one, but then it dawned on me, it would be far too heavy and just fall apart when hung up, so I managed to make two pieces instead..one large one I hung in my tree..

And the smaller lighter one as the large bowl is actually plastic not glass so I put it on a garden stake..

Wow! So cool!

I have to buy glue gun myself finally. This is so cool art you make with all that stuff, really an art.

You two can gang me as you want, but as far as I know, this settings cannot be changed either here or in RavenSanctuary. I've just checked again and didn't find it. I'm sorry. I have literally no reason to block you from creating groups, but I'm afraid I cannot change it.

That's not so Morell,members can make their own groups on my website,in fact shnerbert created one just recently, only he hadn't checked the Group page that we already had one the same,so I informed him of it and it was deleted,so obviously there is a Ning glitch in here if we cant see the add button in the far top right hand corner ourselves from the main Group page,we are not ganging up on you either, we are making a general observation that the free will of members creating their own groups add button is missing. Ning will fix that on your behalf.

Ha! I've found the settings, you were right.

As for making my garden sculptures,I'm now going to collect more pottery items & make others like the one I just did,and place them around my garden..its just a matter of finding the correct sized items to make a formation that is balanced, then glueing them all together allowing the glue to dry hard after each additional piece is added or it will fall apart with its weight,best to be done on a warm day [which it was today] that way the glue dries much faster..I will add pictures of others I make in the coming days..
