The SF Bay Otherkin Meetup will be having our 8th annual special event at PantheaCon on Saturday, February 16th, 2019, from 5:00 - 10:00 PM. There will be music, snacks and drinks, books, a pretty slideshow, Discord chats, buttons and badge ribbons, and our traditional game of Cards Against Humanity later in the evening.
PantheaCon is the largest indoor Pagan convention in the United States, hosted at the San Jose, California DoubleTree hotel over Presidents' Day weekend (February 15th-18th, 2019). http://pantheacon.com/ , https://www.facebook.com/groups/132299480136
At this time they have not announced when the second room block will open, but they sell out in minutes, so you have to be fast to snatch a room at the DoubleTree. There are also overflow hotels.
You do not have to be registered for PantheaCon to come to this meetup. It is held in a private guestroom and no con badge is required to enter. However, if you are not already attending the con, see our event page (linked at the top) for some suggestions about getting here just for the evening.
An RSVP is not required, but is appreciated. Donations of a few dollars towards the food, drink, and swag we provide are also very appreciated!

Sad, but I understand. And don't think you're the last. As long as my loyal nokia mobile works, no smartphone here. I need only that mp3 player anyway. :-)

Sorry, but I can't do that, for several reasons:
1. Most important, the convention has a policy of no photos/videos without consent, and on the few occasions I've asked to take some photos (whether at this event or other meetups), almost everyone has opted out.
2. I don't have anything handy that could take video (yes, I am the last person on earth without a smartphone).
3. There's not enough light in the room anyway, being after dark and lit mostly by Christmas/fairy lights.

Yay, you're on again. I hope your event will go all well and better. Would you please post some videos from the event afterwards? I would love to see it at least on video.
Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds.
