Nature Inspired Spiritual Arts

I thought to start a thread on healing with water in various ways...either ourselves or working in the environment to make the energies better.  I have been working with essences since 2003...initially using them to help heal the Fibromyalgia that was in the body when I came in it.  In 2006, I began using them for "shadow integration" and since that time, I have used them to continue healing traumas in the body and at the same time, used them to help with the integration of my own energies in the body.  I use them in many ways...externally, orally, and for locations such as my living space.  It is my go-to remedy for pretty much everything.  I like to combine them together with tinctures, skin sprays, and essential oils as well.  I have been using essential oils for about just as long.

A fast and easy way to make your own elixirs is through the use of photos of specific plants/flowers, crystals, totem/power animals, celestial bodies, tarot/oracle cards or 'sacred sites' on Earth.

Below is a list of sites...some of the links may or may not work as the list is a few years old.  Some sites, like Morningstar, is redoing the site so not all of her information is up.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Four Thieves' Vinegar.

During the black death a group of four thieves were caught looting abandoned homes. They bartered their freedom by passing on this remedy they had learned to keep the plague at bay.

Rosemary, Lavender, Sage, Thyme, Mint, with a lil bit extra as dried garlic in apple cider vinegar.

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...

How rest and silence can defeat burnout ~ from the Medium Blog

Do you know how to rest? I often worry I don’t. When I’m worn down or overstimulated, I’ll lay down on the couch, my mind too frazzled to read a book or a magazine. Like many people, I often default to looking at my phone, which always fails to relax me. True rest often feels out of reach. In an article for…See More
