Insight Timer ~ Guided Meditations for phone Apps

I've been using Insight Timer, linked below. It's an App I have on my phone that gives access to Guided Meditations. I'm finding it useful for short meditations, they range from 5 mins to 10mins, some longer but so far I haven't tried out longer meditations. The meditations are varied and there are many teachers, meditators and people that offer courses. The App is free as are the meditations. Glad you liked it, yes we have the same term here,and you could be correct.. in fact we'd have most of your British terms & slangs cos were British colonised and part of the commonwealth,our humor is British too..

“Leggers” moving a boat through a tunnel. UK 28.2.61.
Legging was a method of moving a boat through a canal tunnel. Early canal tunnels were built without a towpath as this would require a much larger bore, and hence cost more to build. Prior to the introduction of motorized boats, legging was one of the few options for getting a boat through such a tunnel.
