Ahhh yes, sorry no family recipes as such Vlada
my apple crumble mix is very easy
100g flour - plain or self raising
50g fat - either butter or plant variety (I use Flora)
50g sugar - I use the golden granulated
pinch of salt
Method
Rub in the fat and flour, mix in pinch of salt and sugar, stir thoroughly and add about a 1cm layer of the mix onto the fruit base
to flavour the apples/fruit - I use dark brown soft sugar as it gives a good colour and taste - muscavado
depending on the ripeness of fruit I use more of less sugar, generally a tablespoonful per crumble
Bake at about 180 for 20-30 mins depending on oven...my oven is a worktop one, a mini oven, I have one the same on the boat, very low wattage
