IF you managed to control your mind you can learn this spell easy .... There are at least two more ways (which I know about), how to develop this connection with your surroundings. I practice one that Jedi developed, I was sucesfull but then my lifestyle changed again and I stopped training, so it faded. But still it was fascinating to notice my fellows even behind the wall and knowing exactly, who is there.

I know the sicness of physical body, but also honor and blessing of it. I do not fear death either. I was unconscious once, so I know the state.
