to begin...

 feel your sacred connection with mother earth and father sky

 know that you are love itself...

Upon waking...

I am drawn ever closer to tree...my heart core is the center of my spirit tree...

rich green leaves shimmer and dance as I enter tree through a mystical opening in her trunk...

through this space I feel within form so much smaller...the space inside tree is so big...

Inside there is an infinite chamber, filled with warmth and light

I feel welcomed, I feel warmth...I am sacred, a part of this tree's spirit..

I am a part of my mother and father..

my grandmother and grandfather..

all down the ancestral line I travel gaining strength from the love I find in the roots of my being..

my forever branches reach out into the space around me..

this space is pure and clean with winter's crisp air..

the earth in which I grow contains the perfect nutrients to enrich me and allow me to grow strong...

I am fed by springwater through capillaries translucent in their beauty
 

no pollutant enters my heart for my heart is pure...

nature is my guardian..

I am hers..

Bird upon my arm I feel your feet upon my skin, your spirit blesses my heart...

can you feel my presence within you?

each year my body grows in a circle of wisdom...

this year I will add one more ring..

I welcome the next season of growth as spring approaches again..

this year my brances have given shelter to those who have been drawn within my circle of sacred being...

I have felt much joy in the presence of all the dear souls who gather around me...

their circles of love bless me...

 I am spirit of tree and you are a part of me
 I offer my love to all
 I offer wisdom
 I offer insight
 I offer a pure heart to all mankind
 I am love
 I am you
 I am me

we are all blessed in this circle of purest being...

let us breathe in the beauty of the tree...let us share our spirit with all trees that bless Gaia..

as we sit in silence we are at peace...

with love....always with love

for the next few minutes let us combine energies and send our spirit into gaia to bless her...
