Rewinding a forest...Do you love to walk in woodlands or forests

What is it that brings you joy through walking in the woodlands and forests...how do you express this joy, does it make you feel creative...

Our planet depends on the oxygen from trees

It is proposed that one large tree can provide a day's supply of oxygen for up to four people. Trees also store carbon dioxide in their fibers helping to clean the air

Do you feel inspired by trees....

I've always loved photographing trees, sitting by trees, walking through trees...

Trees are our friends

Gees you can tell the ones taken years ago with a old low pixel camera to the ones that are more recent via cell phone aye..

There's one picture that looks like Tree Beard, such characterful trees, and yes some of the photos have much more clarity Vlada

The stream

The stream passes by under each tree and each blade of grass

where wild flowers grow I love to trace patterns

if nature wasn't so beautiful...where would we go?

where would poets receive love and inspiration to sow

Wild  water, soft water, dream water

capture our hearts with your love

calming water, drink steady, drink heartily

we all need water, we welcome you

Blue planet, gentle planet, transforming

moving through the cosmos beguiling

floating, ride safely on the cosmic water

we set sail once more!

The white fungus,on the birch tree photo is known as Fomitopsis betulina, commonly known as the birch polypore, birch bracket, or razor strop, is a common bracket fungus..the yellow sponge like hexagonal ribed one likely is Austeria citrea also a type of bracket fungus..love looking at fungus, toadstool, mushrooms etc,I've seen yellow Stratigrafia grow in frount of me...photographed all kinds lichens & toadstools..heres some of them..the tree beard is actually tree epiphyte its a type of plant that lives on another plant or rock. It does not send roots down to the ground so kinda parasitic..

Loved what you shared here, thanks for, you've encouraged me to take more fungus and mushroom photos.  I've seen the fairy rings quite close by to where I live.

I love taking photos of roots and odd shapes, when I looked through photos today I could see a figure in this one

Oh yeah I'm just so into nature I take pics of everything, even insects & animals on my treks..

I enjoyed your photos and yes it's an amazing world of nature, so much takes my eye and nature offers so many interesting opportunities for photography, it's an exciting world Vlada

Those Hawthorne roots are so old, our Native Pohutakawa is like that too...isnt it amazing how they just survive in all conditions over there..I'm still going through my files and finding pic's of things I've seen over the years on treks..yes this world is a divine playground for the eyes..I'll keep adding pic's as I find them..

Thanks Vlada, I never grow tired of taking a photo, helps I think, to immerse the spirit into nature

'The natural world is the larger sacred community to which we belong. To be alienated from this community is to become destitute in all that makes us human. To damage this community is to diminish our own existence.'

What are those wild flowers Julie, not seen them before, sorta like a daisy but with a totally different leaf structure, and in two colours?..

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...
