Peace can be created by a critical mass of people focusing their thoughts and words on peace.

We now know that every cell of the body has a frequency, but more importantly every thought

I love upliftement videos technique, but it requires practice and everyday one to actualy work. Take video for 30 days in line at least to make it indeed work.

Why are aliens here in last years so active?
I watched a vid today and I got interesting thoughts about alines. Arcturians, pleiadians and others were mentioned in video as saviors of humanity, wise and ancient race helping humans.
