There are many differing species of white fantail doves mate with pigeons to create variants.... they mix then with grey feathers, but there are actual doves that look the same with grey or cream tails too...
see the below images of the differences..
Now note the difference its in the top of the beak its more like a pigeons with a white crust on the top of it,the real doves dont have that crust at all.....
Below is White flecked doves..
Below is fantail dove/pigeon
some fan tails display their tails upright & others dont, some have grey flecks only in the body, some have red eyes, some have dark eyes, some have amber eyes..some people call them pigeons & not doves at all, but there are different species of them..this video below shows some fantail doves/pigeons with tails up & some not..

Wow, beautiful birds, although the ones I caught on camera are mixed with wild ones, they had grey tails and honey eyes, your seem to have very dark ones, but that could be light.
