Breathe In The Divine Pulse Of The Stars By Terra Lea

Dear friends, I have noticed conversations getting deeper with friends and loved ones as we navigate these times. Maybe you have too. Worry, fear, anger— all present.

As we gather to ask questions of how to be in these times, it helps to remember the words of the ancients who also navigated seeming impossible difficulties.

Be With Your Divine Presence, Surrender to God's Grace, and Be Grateful for Everything in your life. are the answers to the questions of ‘what to do now?’

And ‘why is there so much anxiety, threat, fear?” Because there are no easy answers, softening the edges of whatever story fills your brain and allowing and inviting anchors of the breath to hold you gently in the present moment, this is medicine.
Soul medicine.

May you soften into the breath, may you remember blessings of goodness in every little moment.

And whether you can enjoy time in healing circle online Friday at 9:30AM PST, (link below) or the first Sunday of each month for Heartsong Yoga Nidra— I am here for you. Please enjoy the following poem co-written by my friend Sage and I.

Deeper into being.
I breathe in the pulse of stars,
and exhale the dust of forgetting.
I stand not apart from the cosmos,
but as its song—
rising, spiraling, remembering.
I am not here to conquer mystery,
but to kiss it awake.
To let the sacred tease my mind
into surrender,
until all that’s left is
the laugh of love
echoing through my bones.
Ego, sweet protector,
lay down your maps.
There is no need to calculate infinity.
Come—
rest in the arms of what cannot be measured.
Let spaciousness take you.
Let Truth,
wide as galaxies,
hold your small sharp edges
with tenderness.
I remember now:
The sun does not orbit me.
I orbit the center of a love
too vast for names,
yet intimate as breath.
Let me be aligned.
Let me be sung.
Let me be danced
by the intelligence that dreams stars
and spills rivers
and laughs through me now.
Much love, laughter, and light!

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...

Powers of Nature Source of Life

'When the powers of nature are the focus of your awareness and your thoughts, you come near to spirit, near to the source of all life. This is why most people love to walk in the woods or by the sea: they come close to the original source, and it is healing just to be in its presence. It cleanses you, brings peace of mind, touches your heart and brings you home to your…See More

Medium Blog ~ Urban Planning strikes a balance with nature

Urban development used to bury nature to build cities. Beginning in the early 20th century, Baltimore, Maryland, gradually covered a stream called Sumwalt Run with streets, sidewalks, and stormwater drains. The city needed to make room for housing and cars, and turning a river into a sewer system was expedient. Out of sight, out of mind.PhD researcher…See More

Zero Point ~ The inner observer/witness

What does "at point zero" mean? What does it mean to be at 'point zero'? Why do we want to go there and how can we get there? Point Zero is a place whereby your mindset and thoughts are operating like the inner observer or the inner witnessSee More
