What scientists have discovered, though, are lots of reasons why people might feel they have had ghostly encounters.
What their data show is that you can’t always trust your eyes, ears or brain.

I've experienced a few things. I've always been able to hear or see spirit. As I get older, things get more distant.
I feel when someone close to me dies. It feels like surges of electricity in the form of an ocean wave over my body. I felt this when my grandfather died.
When I was young I would see shadow people often.
