Astral projection OBE's, or remote viewing experiences,they are totally different than the Astral planing, in that one dosnt leave their body behind in bed while they are asleep dreaming, one actually travels fully awake just like they were time travelling, but your not..

My first personal experience with this ability freaked me out it was with my high school girlfriend at the time, I was in my house alone just washing up a few dishes, and the wall in frount of me kinda began to open up . Almost like when you wipe frost off a window or mirror. I could see her in her own kitchen facing me like in a mirror,she was just washing her dishes and yet talking to her mother sitting behind her at a table,yes I could see her mother also, I could even hear their voices, it was like a projector tv screen..

I dropped the plate I was holding because I was just so shocked to what I was seeing... and the vision faded away fast.

I immediately picked up the phone and called her & said to her, "You're washing dishes aren't you? And your mother is sitting right behind you telling you "they better be clean this time,cos she found dried on food on her dinner plate".. and she's looking at you right now thinking you better put that phone down and continue washing these dishes.

Her mouth dropped. She said, "Are you here?" She went to the window to look and I said, "No, I'm at my home" (30 minutes away from where she lived). She was curious to know how I knew then what she was doing.

I then explained the whole thing that happened in these visions..& that its happened a few more times like I would see my friends doing things somewhere else, and I'd ring them that same night and say, "hey did you have fun with so n so doing what I saw them doing", and they are like WTF how did you know when we were doing that, did you spy on us, did you follow us, then they realise they didn't even mention to me where they were going nor who with, but I was always 100% accurate to what I was describing and to what they were doing..

This freaked them out huge, they then would make it into a running joke to people and tell them, be careful Vlada can look in to see what your doing make sure your fully dressed,he could see into your bedroom antic's even..I used to get so embarrassed... its not quite like that I cant just conjure up I'm going to look in, it happens really on its own, its a thinking thing though..

I can think of something and instantly I do this randomly... the veil kinda melts & vanishes before me and its like I become part of the dreamworld of this holographic matrix, this is what I term as stepping behind the veil or into other dimensions as they run parallel to each other, so I can be in one place while my other me maybe? can be in another place in the same time frequency or even outside this days time frequency, cosmic hyperspace universal travelling, no were not talking about astral planing here in the light body either, its actual full body projection though..so its kinda like time travelling....existing in two or more places at one time..its hard to explain to put into words..

Another example:-

Once I did it to a Japanese friend of mine, I'd known her for many years online.. she lives in a high rise building 52 stories up in fact and has only one huge glass window fixed & two small windows to the outside she can open slightly, she told me she had often seen me standing in the corner of her room, I said what are you talking about?....she said but the instant she spoke to me I'd turn around as if I heard her talking and yet then just simply vanish or became invisible..

she asked me do I recall doing this, I said hey its funny you should say this, I did think about you the other day, and I saw your room to in my head.. I can tell you what's in it if you like to prove to you something certainly happened..,and hey I wasn't being nosey I just saw it in frount of me..
she said "OK Vlada I know thats not who you are or about,but please do me a favour describe what you saw".

I then went on to tell her & describe her room,like the bedding colours & style, the pictures on the walls, the carpet colour & texture, the colour of the wallpaper & pattern etc, ...subtle little things I could remember, then she said to me, ok your gonna do it again, your going to think of coming back over here and yet before you do it your going to place in your pocket something small to bring with you that you can leave behind,dont tell me what it is, but write what it is down on a piece of paper... then show one of our mutual friends what's written on the paper and get them to keep the paper.. 

I will ring the friend the instant you leave the item on my bed for me ok.. that way you know you've visited, and I know what I have in my hand, and our mutual friend dosn't know you've visited and only has the name of the item in his hand, proof then you've done it..
ok I agreed to this.. and before I went I took a black feather from a hat that I had it was a rooster feather with beautiful blue green colourings but it was like a Raven wing feather as we dont have Ravens here in NZ..so it was the closest thing I could think of to leave and give to her as a gift..

I placed it in my pocket and wrote 'Black Raven Feather' on a piece of paper and then took it and went to visit our mutual friend for a coffee..while there I told him, I've left a piece of paper in your stereo cabinet, please dont look at it, wait for Akimi to ring you tomorrow please.. then read what's written on the paper to her, he was like 'Ohhh I love these games you two like to play.. ok no problem' you two are so weird.. so that night I went to Akimi 's apartment again and placed the feather on her pillow so when she woke up she'd instantly see it..
Next day she rang our mutual friend here and said "read out to me what's written on the paper Vlada gave you yesterday.. Oh and hi by the way LOL"..

he read he's written here:- "Black Raven Feather' ....well she then rang me yelling down the phone in hysterical language I didn't understand Japanese hysteria for sure.. you did it how the f#ck do you do this???!!!!, OMFG!!! and some more words I cant type here....

I said to her so you found the black feather then I take it so casually.. she was yes I did OMG Vlada there is no way you could have got into my room, I placed a dresser behind the door, for starters, plus all my windows were shut n locked, you do know how tall this building is dont you, I'm 52 stories up, do you know what's at the bottom in the lobby of my apartment block, I said no what?.. but I can go into my akaic recall if you wish?..

she said yes I want to know if you were at the ground floor then walked up or came in the lift and if you walked through walls or not or you simply materialised into my room..

I told her ok,...so I see I'm at the lobby in her apartment block there is a huge picture on the wall of some kind of branch with flowers on it huge white flowers with drooping petals like a magnolia flower, and there was a small rockery garden with natural boulders around it and a small water feature, and some dismal looking fern bushes in pots, plus the floor was brown ugly tiles..there was a lift as you walked into the lobby and a stair well to the right behind a door with glass panes in it where you can see the concrete steps on the other side..

Well I could hear she was kinda weeping in excitement just saying yes,yes,yes.. and said your 100 percent correct..woah..and did you take the lift or the stairs?.. I couldn't tell her what I'd done.. I dont have recall of doing that at all,..so I think did I just materialize in her room like they do on star trek 'beam me up scotty kinda thing lol'.. after coming into the lobby,or did I take the lift or the stairs I will never know?. ...

but I did get into her room and I did leave the feather, she still has that feather to this day..10yrs on...I think I only do this or am able to do this when I'm emotionally connected to the person though, cos I've tried so hard to do it for other people just random types and I cant, so there is some connection to how its done in that way with me anyway...

Yes I believe these things can be done.  

this next bit is where I was taken having read the above, my mind seems to work like that.

I used to write to a girl called Miki Aketa in the top year of primary school.  Just looked up that name online, and maybe it's her.  I always felt that it was sad we lost touch.  I've always felt a strong connection with Japan.

Yes it has been done by many people before....and you should see if its her,cant hurt to ask,she could only say no sorry not me.. and if it is her I'm sure shed be delighted you'd made touch again..its a lovely name she has..

I'll check out her youtube channel, thanks for the encouragement to reach out.  At the time our teacher was sorting out pen friends for the ones who wanted to learn about other countries and I'd just cross stitched a cushion cover with Japanese ladies.  She sent me a gift of Japanese book marks with silken tassels and some lovely sketches.
