A camel's hump does not hold water. It actually stores fat. The camel uses it as nourishment when food is scarce. If a camel uses the fat inside the hump, the hump will become limp and droop down. With proper food and rest, the hump will return to normal.

I would have to agree with you, would be cool if we could have them also,I'd love one, but only if its been abandoned or rescued and is a genuine orphan and not a created one...but they are but not allowed in this country sadly..only in the zoo..

yes, even kids have pets like this in this tribe. I feel that it might be something like a Totem, a protector.

Isnt it so cute..and so natural to her tribe, they probably dont have dogs or cats,so this is the alternative to them as a domesticated pet..

Compared to photos of women with make-up before getting on camera. I still find this photo worthwhile. It was so plain and simple that I couldn't look directly at it and was curious to see it better, crumbs on her lips n all. And yes thats a baby pet marmoset or tamarin monkey on her head - the Indigenous Awã community of Juriti, in the Brazilian state of Maranhão.

No, your brain hasn't broken and no your eye sight isnt seeing double, this little animal doesn't have any serious illness. Yes, it is just a dik dik, a species of small antelope, in which genetics has worked with a slightly more unusual brush

Dik diks have glands located under their eyes, which produce odorous substances to mark their territory. In this specimen they are, due to a play of colors and sizes, completely similar to the eyes, so that it seems that the little animal has two pairs of them.

Love this so much. When you love an animal or plant it is very special love to honor.

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...
