Ahh well the title of it being a mermaid kinda makes sense as well as Maldekians incarnated to Lemuria when the planet exploded..and so it wasnt Meilin Wong's after all..not that it matters to me really who the artist is.
I actually had a copy of it on my computer! I thought it looked familiar. I found it on a now-defunct fantasy/scifi art site called Epilogue.net (sort of similar to Deviantart or Elfwood or any other gallery site). The site drachenbande.de in the corner doesn't seem to be up anymore either, so I'm not sure who "Sylvia" is exactly. The piece was titled "Mermaid".
Oh well we dont know either way, but it dosnt matter anyway,its still a depiction of a Maldekian..:)
I think that's applied by whatever program/website was used to make the animation.
Nah dont think so,its made by someone who goes by the initials of JS its flashing in the right hand corner.
