No its the wrong area of where LOTR was filmed, that was filmed in the south island,this is in the North island.. & Hobbitsville was filmed in Matamata in the North Island..see my images of Hobbiton in Matamata..though I've not been to Hobbitsville itself as yet even though its only 30mins drive from where I live...
