Directly touching the earth

As are many I am sure, I’ve been going through some challenging times lately

there is no one word that describes it. Well maybe grief.

but anyway, I finally broke, went camping staring at the ocean and then in forest for some time. A couple of birds a chipmunk and a tree my company with the elements I sat directly on the earth.  My heart which was literally in pain - healed. 
There so much more to the story. But I’ll keep it simple.

The first moments I began speaking what I believe is called light language and yes, whatever was said — essentially love — guided me to a better place. 
I am still recovering from series of panic attacks by just resting but I’m working a bit and hope to be at a faster clip soon.

thank you to my friends here I’m so happy to know you’re there, holding the space from where you are.

Its very very important never ever underestimate how important you are, by just being you
