The perceptions you have of fantastic and wonderful light beings are very real. The multi dimensional realities do exist. We no longer need to view this as a strange perception of a very few. It is a wonderful perception of very many. It is more normal to have those perceptions than to not, so feel assured in this.
Our work is to attune our vibration to the higher level more constantly. This is a skill that is mastered by practicing the development of these perceptions. Not to leave this 3rd dimension but to be fully aware that the 3rd dimensional reality as just one facet of our whole existence. Being able to perceptive and operate in more than one dimension can be learned by focusing to put aside the mind and listen with the heart.
Being in nature, we can focus our mind, understand the messages given to us as part of one illusion; allowing us to break free of the mind, to live in the heart. And to practice regaining our abilities by tuning our vibration to Love. This is why the Elders and Ascended Masters are asking us to spend time in our gardens, spend time focusing in nature, spend time just loving another person. There are many opportunities to attune to Love.

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.
A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.

the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...
