This can be a challenging process!!!
One of the things I have found for some time now to be most helpful, with my Remembering and Becoming is using Floral acupuncture as created thru Deborah Craydon....link will follow :)
This method uses essences of the blessed flowers and gems and the ancient art of Traditional Chinese medicine.
The synergy of using the essences on these meridian points is quite remarkable.
Any hoo I was just using aquamarine and felt guided to share, so here I am.

Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.
