The Gift Of Peace

On this powerful day of The Solstice

December 21, 2024,

we want to offer you a guided meditation called

“The Gift of Peace”.

we invite you to feel peace,

physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually,

as much as possible.

As we activate our capacity to feel,

we open ourselves to feel many feelings,

some we like and some we don’t.

But as we bring

curiosity

and

kindness

to ourselves,

it is easier to feel

all those uncomfortable feelings.

Developing our capacity to feel,

also allows us to feel more of what we love to feel,

more peace, more beauty, more happiness,

and more love.

(to name a few)

Take the time to feel peace,

every day, or better yet, twice a day!

Taking a few minutes to feel peace just before going to sleep

is super helpful.

Know that you matter.

You make a huge difference in this world!

And as you feel more stillness and silence within you,

and fill yourself with peace and love,

You Shine!

You are a beautiful being of Love, Peace and Light,

radiating Love, Peace and Light throughout the whole world

just as you are, just being you!
