Nature Inspired Spiritual Arts

I tried to add this to the forum, however it will not let me for some reason. I was requested to add it to the forum. have always felt a closeness with the elves and as if I never
belonged in the "real' world. I feel as if there is much more to life
and have been told by someone who sees auras and other things that I am
a faery. I feel as if my real family is amongst the fae/elves and wish
to be near others of my own kind. I love nature and have a deep
closeness to animals. Trees talk to me occasionally and I have recently
felt the actual lifeforce in one of them. It is such an exciting thing
to know that there is a spirit to each and every living thing. Whether
it be a plant or an animal; that we are part of such beauty and wonder.
I am endeavoring every day to become more attuned to nature and the
spirits of the earth/sky including my family of the fae/elves so that
my life and the lives of others can be made better. I am soooo excited
to have found this website!

My dreams are of leaving Albuquerque as soon as possible and going "home" at least temporarily to Taos in about a month. I want to live in the mountains there and then possibly relocate to Colorado. I am not a desert type elf and really miss the communion I feel with nature amongst the mountains and trees. I love the cooler weather and the breeze on my face. Elvish blessings to everyone!

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...

How rest and silence can defeat burnout ~ from the Medium Blog

Do you know how to rest? I often worry I don’t. When I’m worn down or overstimulated, I’ll lay down on the couch, my mind too frazzled to read a book or a magazine. Like many people, I often default to looking at my phone, which always fails to relax me. True rest often feels out of reach. In an article for…See More
