Ritual and grounding

It seems we humans and especially aware ones have a strong need for grounding. Rituals such as standing on the earth barefoot, ground us. The religious practices perhaps originally developed to ground us in prayer, movement (walking, breathing, dancing) and orientation to beauty (cathedrals) Grounding is not a belief system, it is just being who we are and being aware, honoring our place as children of a broader, higher or infinite soul. Solace in suffering, time for telepathy or prayer, time for health, cleansing or just feeling love. Perhaps if we as humanity respect this deepest and most beautiful of human needs, we can provide a salve for so much religious suffering, I am not sure, but I hope so.

Have you seen the film Frozen? Which princess do you like and honor more? Anna or Elza?

They are like fire and ice. Anna, which seems like fire, however does't posses magic. And that's it. The most peopple like Elza for her power. (I liked Anna more for her good heart on the right place) That's it. Elza has the power, which alows her to take care of herself, she has power of her life, can do magnificent things and everything.

Yes, grounding... better to say to find out again who we really are. Everyone of us must achieve this alone. When we find, who we are, we want to be, who we are and realise ourselves.
