"anxiety and excitement are the same feeling in the body “… When I get anxious I try to tell myself that I’m just excited and it seems to calm me down almost immediately."

That's a good way to look at those feelings Vlada.  I feel more at ease in countryside settings and have no wish to be any other way.  This is just how I am, we always need to fully accept ourselves and live life the way we are as that's our service to ourselves and to others.

Yep!! can totally relate to her anxiety, I get it bad when I leave my small town and get on a motorway into a larger City like Auckland where the pace is faster, people are mad drivers & the crowds on the street is over powering, as I'm a full empath I feel so much more of everyone around me so have to shield big time.. what I notice though is  “ anxiety and excitement are the same feeling in the body “… When I get anxious I try to tell myself that I’m just excited and it seems to calm me down almost immediately. It feels like life is all about perception. The fear of anxiety then having a panic attack is itself a problem, anxiety might sound like nothing to those who don't suffer from it but it creeps up slowly and can grow like a snowball being rolled on the ground becoming larger. Anxiety can make a person reclusive, jobless, have no relationship/partner, damage social circles and damage social and interactive skills, its a major problem in the modern era which nobody takes seriously until they experience it themselves or someone close to them goes through it.

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...

Matter, energy, motion

All matter is made up of energy, and that energy is in motion continually. Everything in the universe, from the smallest molecules to the most complex living beings, has an optimal rate of vibration to keep it healthy. We reach this high vibrational level when we are whole, healthy, and fulfilling our potential. Human beings are able to consciously control these…See More

Breath-Space and Seed-Time - article and poems by David Hinton

Artwork by Studio AirportNovember 27, 2024In this essay and six-poem sequence, acclaimed translator and poet David Hinton finds an uncannily literal translation of modern science’s “space-time” in yü chou—one of ancient China’s most foundational cosmological concepts, which renders the Cosmos alive.IT WAS WONDROUS enough as Coyote’s mischief, or Sun and Moon losing…See More
