I actually disagree strongly to what this guy is saying to be honest, sure discipline may be necessary to some point & degree.. but happiness is created from what visually comes into the brains vortex from the outside world where its soul growth is needed..so sorry not all discipline is necessary to find happiness..
We can’t do everything with just discipline alone truth be told, as reality dosnt work that way.. every flat surface large enough to hold a advertisement [his video included in this] is an ad for something. See hes advertising himself in the process here.. Television and magazines may provide free entertainment, but at what human cost? Can we afford to cash a check with our souls that our purse couldn’t hold? Can we sacrifice our will just to avoid staring into the void of silence?
It appears the answer is no because the stream of images keeps on coming and human beings keep exchanging everything they have just to avoid being bored, just to avoid having to think,even for themselves. So what can we do? How do we protect ourselves from this assault on our happiness? Do we simply turn away from the images and not look back? Can we somehow filter what we see to decipher the good from the bad? No thats why we dream because our mind tells us there is something better out there to investigate into, everyone of us has something to seek stemming from our dreams...that's what human consciousness is about,lets face it this whole planet is nothing but a virtual reality or dream anyway..

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.
A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.

Lets us cross every man made borders
