Shining Hearth 2025

Announcing the fifth anniversary of Shining Hearth, a free online gathering of Elves, Fae, Sidhe, and adjacent folk! It will be held on March 21-23, 2025, the fourth weekend in March, on our Discord server. (If you are unfamiliar with Discord, we have a guide for newcomers here.) As always, we plan to have workshops and discussions, games and watch parties, music, and of course plenty of time just to hang out and chat. This year we are hoping to expand our scheduled offerings to a few more timeslots that would better accomodate those who are not in the Americas. However, to do so we will need presenters willing to take those slots, and staff to keep things moving along and moderate chat on the other side of the clock. So although staff sign-ups do not officially begin until next year, we would love to hear from anyone in Europe, Australia, or other regions who is willing to make at least a tentative commitment. We're also looking for assistance with outreach in those areas.

Presenter sign-ups are now open for Shining Hearth!

"What's Shining Hearth?" It's a free online gathering of Elves, Fae, Sidhe, and adjacent folk, held on Discord on the fourth weekend in March (March 21-23, 2025). The server and event are 18+ only. There are workshops and discussions, games and watch parties, music, and plenty of time just to hang out and chat. For more information, see our website.

Presentations can be on any topic that would be of interest to elfae folk and can be in any format: lecture, panel, group discussion, demonstration, ritual, meditation, performance, etc. Timeslots are 1 hour long. You don't have to fill up the whole time, but should use at least 30 minutes. This year we are offering additional timeslots that should be more accessible for those living outside of the Americas. If you want to present as a group, choose one person to be the primary contact and only fill out the form once. (All members of the group must be 18 or older and must agree to the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.)
