Repetitive and Lucid Dreaming

I'm curious to know if anyone here experiences lucid and repetitive dreaming?

I often lucid dream and the locations and sometimes situations in my dreams repeat themselves. There are locations I revisit and every time I visit them in different dreams, they look the same, have the same names and also sometimes have the same people in them doing similar things. 

Sometimes I wake up from extremely clear and detailed dreams and feel an intense emotion from it. Emotions like extreme love or heartbreak or sadness or warmth. I am an empath but I'm not sure these emotions are related.

I don't usually get self aware enough to be considered lucid dreaming,

but for the rest I mus stay yes, I experience those. Even including the emotions. I sometimes also use my senses in dreams, feel, smell... not only the main ones...

Me too with the senses.. Have you thought more into this and why only some people can do it?
They just feel so intense. I've wondered if I was having them for a reason. I've also thought that maybe it was memories or something from another life.

It is based, by my opinion, on mind. Like When I train and concentrate, I remember dreams way better. Sensible people, who can see spirits, are of better mind for remembering dreams, because they have it easier to pass among the layers of reality.

I keep dreaming about an old-fashioned ice cream place in Dayton or Canton, Ohio.

This explains a lot since I live in Huron County in Ohio myself and I have the same lucid dreams about my own area that I live, and a constant drive in those dreams to go to Lake Erie.  I've been able to do this all my life and met someone in Florida that can do the same.  We talk regularly on the phone.  You likely lived in that area in a past life.  I don't know your details, but I feel similarly drawn to like Normandy, the Holy Land, Russia, and Germany.  Through talks with my friend, I was able to recover some of those memories from lives lived in those regions in the past.

I’ve often wondered why I don’t recall dreaming or have these sensations ona visual level. I do dream one in awhile often of flying and it seems extremely real as if it is definitely happening. A few times I woke thinking it had really happened! So maybe whatever work I’m doing during sleep is something it’s easier not to know in waking hours for some reason.  At any rate I am fascinated by your post and would love to learn more. This is termed as Parallel universes running along side or beside each other in alternate realities..Yes different realities exist everywhere. It is the degree of difference that can sometimes confuse the perception of reality as being the perception of a new universe or dimension...the human mind is also a hologram which attunes itself to the universal hologram by the medium of energy exchange thereby deducing meaning and achieving the state into a two dimensional mode which we call our consciousness and this is what you can relate to.

So, it means that our reality is nothing more than a hologram created by thought projection (consciousness) into the physical grid whereby our physical body is nothing more than the temporary housing of our sooul in its astral body which can travel infinite in other dimensions without boundaries? you may have heard of astral planing before, yet many people dismiss the astral world as little more than a mind-altering experience,but fact is the astral world in its entirety exists...your spirit,soul & astral body has left your physical body and travels in another dimensions in the so-called astral world whereby the Pineal Gland or the ‘third eye’ operates as a cosmic antenna while your in it, which not only aids the transfer of signals between the different dimensional planes and worlds but it has also the ability of visionary capacity to see beyond space-time during an astral travel to another kinda worlds that your own consciousness can relate to e.g similar names,people,faces,places etc all so they may feel familiar to you and feels real.. just like a out of body experience..if you've ever seen the movie titled 'Inception' its along the same line as I'm talking about here..check it out if you havnt seen it before..you'll be amazed and kept in a state of thinking WTH..
