Thanks Vlada, I'm keen to witness this event, I even sat watching the oak tree behind where I live to see if it would do the same thing. I was in the conservatory watching the birds...I got blue tits nesting in the box above there again this year, I always get excited to see the birds. Even seen bats when I've sat out late in the summer. One of the most exciting things for me when we've been out at night is the bats zig zagging across the water up at the marina, it gets my heart racing
The pipistrelle bat is the one I see here in UK, they're amazing, but never seen one close up as they move so fast

Oh I got even better footage of it doing it tonight when I went up there after work around 6pm... so I'm going to see if it too loads to my pc sideways,if it does I'm just gonna load it up and least you can see what I'm talking about..

Nah you cant watch a video sideways lol.you'll get a crook in y our neck but also you may not see it properly... I saw it do it again yesterday evening too in swirls,so I think this tree is either over working itself or its doing the opposite,maybe its dying I hope not but IDK..but its an awesome sight..I will work out how to get this damn video turned..cos its very intriguing event..

Yeah I just have to figure out how to turn the video around,and it smoke happens at the end of the video not the beginning, when I first started filming it it wasn't smoking,so I kept filming and then it did..now when things like this happen with technology I have no idea on how to sort it..so it may be a while till I find out I'm afraid,but I will do it just be patient..I've watched it a few times now and still cant figure how the smoke comes from the oak tree,and I even looked if there were any houses in that specific area at that angle,there are houses further away though..but the trees back drop is another darker tree further away luckily to be able to see the smoke fullstop..on a lighter backdrop you probably wouldn't see it..anyway let me work on it today and see if I can turn it around...
