Fui Nienna is one of the Valar siblings relating to the Spirit and the method of those who would come to the Blessed Realm (especially now that the "straight road" is now bent after Numenor, or Atalantë, sunk in the ocean, and unaccessible except for 3 ways). Her brother, Irmo (Lorien) has dominion over dreams and visions, Namo (Mandos) has dominion over death and judgment, and Fui Nienna has dominion over rebirth, restoring to original form, and healing through her tears.

Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds.
