It is said that it is good to shower yourself with cold watter adn I must admit that it is true.
You should not start with really cold watter, but just less warm tha usuall. It takes time for your body to adapt. Take your time, It may last months before you will notice the effects of cold showers. For me real improvement in my imunity showed up after two years.
What I speak of? Well, it wasn't so bad, but spare a weekend in wet shoes outside in reain even one day is something, that many people sends to bed being ill. I ha headache, for some minutes, before I went outside, then it was over and no matter that even Sunday It sa cold with wet shoes and My legs were bit freezing, I remained healthy. I love cold wind over my body, don't mind if I shiver...
It feels also bit more elven being able to survive healthilly at elast some of natural discomfort. It allow us to get closer, even though our human ancestors were used to it.
My mother told me sometimes that I souhld "suffer for beauty." I (silencelly) send her to ***(well, you know). If to suffer for something, thet it should be health.
