just a reminder that we are most definitely multi dimensional beings 

existing in more than one dimension simultaneously

so please honor yourselves and your power however it is expressed 

Take good care of yourselves here on Earth with a strong connection to Mother Danu, Gaia, Earth our home 

Some ways are eating well, drinking fresh water, listening to music, bathing in Nature (sun, forest, streams) , exercise such as dance, sailing, climbing and more, use of crystals and grounding procedures.

Keep yourselves safe with focused intention and energetic protection.

And remember your sleeping reality your dream world can be very real place to learn and resolve problems.

Let us set an intention not just for each day, but for each night, to heal, grow, resolve and accomplish our goals with firm intention - always of course, with the highest purpose of protection and love.
