New ten commandments

Heheheh, just a joke, but these are meant for the unevarsal use between spiritualities on Earth.

1. "Universum" is level for united administration of entire planet. Life style is administrated on lower levels.

2. Exopolitics corporates with Universum, but it has no mandate for power.

3. Relationships on all levers are either internal and external. Internal create privacy. In privacy all is realised, which subject can do on its own. Existencial alternative is permitted in privacy.

4. All conflicts are handled by  higher level (one level higher), elimination can be done by authority at least two levels higher. Every intervention into privacy is for remedy effect and goal. In coflicts the reasons are sought and resolved.

5. Universum has two basic tasks: 1. Support of big groups and influence of their evolving, 2. solving conflicts among groups either by reconciliation or directive.

6. In Year 2018 the great carmic forgivement was done repeatedly. Now all entities are rated by their program they carry into new age.

7. Each group, big or small, has a teritory given to them on which they realise their program without any infouence from the outside. By their activities they will be rated. They will also have their own spirituality.

8. Violence is banned, especialy for creating energy on purpose. Such as wars, genocides, torture, abuse, and slow painfull death. Violence with purpose of remedy is precedesed by judgement, finding an alternative and removal of causes.

9. A human has access to improvement and self-improvement. Especialy on understanding causality, developement and application of their abilities. Developemend can end in joining the ranks of gods, powers of fate, or entering powers of service.

10. This form of civilistaion is expected to last 4 millenniums. This is also the lengh of validity of these commandements.
