San Francisco Bay Otherkin Meetup - meetups still online!
Last month Tara asked if I would post about this here, and I was like, um, I already do? So I thought I should maybe make a new blog post that might be more visible, as well as being a little more updated as to the state of things.
The San Francisco Bay Otherkin Meetup moved online in March of 2020 and as of October 2021 we are still there. It's undetermined at this time when we might start meeting in person again, so a side effect of that is at least it's a lot easier for people who might otherwise not be able to come at all to at least drop by for a few minutes and chat.
We hold our online meetups in a Jitsi chat room. The service is similar to Zoom with video and text chat. No account is required. No download is required if you use a web browser; Android and iOS apps are available if desired. Sharing video is not required. Joining the voice chat is also not required, but is recommended as it is where most of the action is.
You don't need to live in the San Francisco Bay area to attend! We welcome visitors, just as we would at physical meetups.

Multi Dimensional Reality

Insight Timer ~ Guided Meditations for phone Apps
I've been using Insight Timer, linked below. It's an App I have on my phone that gives access to Guided Meditations. I'm finding it useful for short meditations, they range from 5 mins to 10mins, some longer but so far I haven't tried out longer meditations. The meditations are varied and there are many teachers, meditators and people that offer courses. The App is free as are the meditations.
