Pearl in the Sacred Heart Lotus
Welcome to our meditation today....let's begin by using our mind for the purpose of relaxation and join our hearts in meditational blessing.... allowing all our thoughts to still and to come to know once again the calm center of our universal being.....
As we breathe in deeply and calmly.... let out a sigh and come to a perfect place of relaxation.... knowing we are in the perfect moment as we join our hearts and minds together as one divine being
Allow the “everyday” mind to still and let us enter into the “calm center” of the pearl in the heart of the lotus...
See now the perfectly formed lotus bud....the bud begins to open petal by petal, revealing each new layer of “loving devotion”
As each petal opens.... notice the colour... notice how the light illuminates the colour...notice the beauty of the opening bud....see the pattern the petals make as they open revealing the center of the flower …..gazing in wonder we see the pearl beginning to be revealed in the heart of the lotus...
Notice any tension falling away in this process of “opening”....feel the relaxation spreading from this central focus....feel the warmth and comfort of being within your physical body...your sacred “palace of becoming”.....
Feeling more and more aware of your “original self”.... become the beauty ...become the purity flowing within your heart space..
The inner pearl is being revealed.....it is so beautiful, you are so beautiful....feel your inner smile warming you...feel the peace within........welcome the peace and know you are loved......now there are only 3 more petals....opening......further....2 petals left...1 petal......the pearl heals your eyes at it pours its luminescent beauty into them............
this beloveds is the heart of your innermost being...your truth, your beauty, your wisdom....
Feel your love expanding....feel your love reaching out further and further....connecting with each light soul on our beautiful blue planet....connecting now with each flower....each tree....each bird....each creature of the land and sea....we are all connected......all as one....together in unity
Reach out as far as you can....then keeping reaching still further.....feel the expansion.....know the reality........know the dream.... feel the blessing as your light unites with each soul on earth.....each soul in the universe....each being that ever lived....take your “soul self” outwards towards infinity.... and then beyond....feel the expansion happening....gently expanding at your own pace......know your totality of being....it is so beautiful....you are so beautiful......so inspired.... so real.....so full of infinite creation.....smiling inwardly now...you are peace....you are tranquility.....you are movement....you are stillness.....you are strong......you are gentle.....feel your soul filled with light....shine your divine beacon of healing light and know you are unique and wonderful....
This beloved is the “out breath” the reaching out without limit.......it is the precious reality of your supreme consciousness.....we are all connected in one vast network of love....
Focus now on the “in breath”...move to your center ….feel this natural but magical lifeforce expanding....feel your energy centering you in your unique space of physical form....
Accept the loving embrace of your sacred breath.......

On each new cycle of breath see the lotus flower becoming more and more beautiful....see the inner pearl of wisdom glowing inside the lotus sanctuary......each cycle of breath brings more relaxation.... more wisdom....more love

Know this comfort.....know this peace....allow the harmonic cycle of renewal to fill your body with life and abundant energy as you breath rhythmically and dynamically within the heartbeat of Gaia...
Allow the air element to relax, empower and rejuvenate your whole body
Be one with the air
Allow the earth element to support you
Be one with the earth
Allow the fire element to energise you
Be one with fire
Allow the water element to bring your dreams to the surface
Be one with water
Allow the spirit to breathe life into your body.....feel all the elements of your life working in perfect harmonic blending...
Feel and see the aura of your body become brighter and lighter....each breath purifying and enhancing your sacred heart chakra...
You are the light, you are the beauty, you are the living divine truth

Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds.
