Lots of ways to wake up and I recommend that you locate someone working as a spiritual healer in your area to get you started. They may call themselves shamanic healers, theta healers, reiki masters, psychics, etc. Use your intuition to guide to you find someone who resonates. They are trained in modalities to assist you to awaken. If you choose Theta, they are trained specifically to work with Star/Crystal children. Raises one of those tingly chills of inner resonance. There's never old doubts of our stellar being, especailly with my certainy that the medicine woman (Falling Star, Ontario) tells me off for not always staying planted in the body :D I think waking up means avoiding panic in hard times and doing what we can to bring solutions to the world's troubles with wisdom.
