Joe Dispensa on Gaia about Multi dimensional realities

There was a discussion about Gaia earlier… anyway here is a link to a Gaia show. I am interested in your opinion about what he’s saying. Have you had similar experiences? Do you think the ideas about multi dimensional realities being mainstreamed on such a channel is helpful?
xoxo p.s. once you start watching you’ve to finish watching in 72 hours or it clicks off

I've listened to only a part, I stopped listening much when the guy mixed animal being hunted with animal being stressed, that's very different. Animal being hunted is afraid, but it also gets dose of adrenaline, because it gets into survival state, which, when passes and animal survive, turns into short strong happiness to balance and relief it.

Humans have the same affect after such fight, they get high. That's natural thing, not stress, which is long term problem of something being wrong with your life and demanding solving.

And neither is simply material state of being as he describes it as far as I understand him.

So red flags for me. Probably the guy doesn't know as much as he presents himself to know.

Fascinating. Well it sure is true people can say anything unless they are challenged which he was not.  These peo0le are just coming in there with their opinions. Not being challenged in any way

Of course, because challenge is way of growing. You have to face obstacles to grow by overcoming them. Growing pole would have no need to listen to such podcast, as listening to them doesn't give any true growth but it feels like it... supporting self-lie and comfort of feeling good.

I think it’s fabulous there is a TV show about aliens, even if it is wrong, largely fantasy and even stupid.
at least they’re talking about it without anyone being killed. That’s a major step forward from 20 years ago even.

There are many such series or movies.

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...

Emotional Harmony from the DailyOM

Emotional harmony begins with what’s on your plate — and makes all the difference in how you think, feel, and move through each day.  What we eat does so much more than fill our stomachs — it gently shapes the way we move through the world. Every bite sends a message to the nervous system, the part of us that helps us handle stress, rest deeply, digest our meals, and feel at home inside ourselves. When our days get busy and we lean on quick fixes like caffeine, sugar, or whatever we can grab on…See More
