This is a awesome video Julie woah thanks so much for sharing it, this is something I used to do as a child unknowingly though and it came with hand Mudras also all was for healing,... I used to use it for communicating as well, where did it come from IDK?, I'd tap on my arm in sequences and my nanny would watch me, trying so hard to communicate with her, she didn't understand what I was saying though, now the deaf people do this too dont they, but I wasnt doing sign language the deaf use now... cos if I was I would recall it when I watched videos of people doing sign language, but I dont understand any of it.. weird aye, I must have bought this ability with me from else where?...

To me when I tapped I dislodged myself from my surroundings fully, I was no longer hearing, seeing or feeling what was upsetting me [mostly it was the frequencies around me].. it was so healing as it acted like a total disassociation [trance state] cos when I was little I suffered badly from these major panic attacks sensing into the energy of this world around me, I couldn't handle it,.. now the Dr's said I was likely to autistic, my nanny said otherwise, I wasn't autistic at all... so if she had taken that diagnosis I'd have been labeled incorrectly.. but I still do this today unknowingly & knowingly, I also do a tapping with my feet kinda like the restless leg syndrome, but mine is conscious, I know I'm doing it and I do it as a means to calm myself.. people would say to me oh you have got to be a drummer surely..lol..not! but I can drum easily but I'm not a drummer I'm a guitarist, and I do have a good sense of beat and rhythm ..
