#Grounding is a healing technique that includes performing activities that "ground you" or electrically reconnect you to the ground. This practice draws on the science of grounding and the physics of grounding to explain how electrical charges from the ground can have positive effects on your body.
Ground Therapy and Earthing products are Clint Ober's authentic, official #grounding products were originally created for practitioners and health-conscious professionals to offer their clients an additional tool to support healthy living.

Oh its like a comedy of affairs some times in life with all these things happening at once, yeah these things they get up our nose hairs, but we continue on dont we, pushing the way kinda like being on a battle field pushing through humans running at you.. I get over it in a day or so of just chillin a bit.. sounds like climate change is really showing its ugly head with our weather patterns all around the world, I just saw that horrid mudslide in India taking out a village, horrifying and the rain they had was horrendous it was bound to happen ,people will make villages in mountain folds close to water, when its a ticking time bomb for these dangers with mother nature,... we just got hit by a deluge of really heavy rain pours down South again too and more flooding.. so winters been more wetter than ever, and only a few dense frosts, less than normal.. Englands always had heat waves in summer for some time now, they come in bursts.. people were dying there in summer some time back..
Yes technology for the younger generation is going to be off the scale and I think scary, but they think cool.. AI can be great for some things and horrifying in others.. keep the robots for medical science & military positions for example, online its becoming annoying, all these AI videos & photos although some are nice art forms, people are really showing how dumb their perception of reality really is in thinking these are real its crazy... soon people wont know what is real and what is AI its already started..
Yes get your drum out and play the beats & frequency waves instead..
cars can be money traps, no point spending thousands on a car these days that does the same as one that's cheaper it still gets you from A-to-B exactly the same, that's why I keep my maintenance up with a trusted mechanic in town, catch any issue early so it dosn't turn into a huge cash pot pay out all at once, we don't have the salt on roads like you guys have over there in winter either and that really plays havoc fast in creating rust on these Japanese imported cars that havn't been rust coated..
But I hear you with feeling sad seeing one go, it dosn't seem right, especially when you know your gonna pay more to get a newer car anyway...but when one dosn't have the cash either to repair the MOT issues so then what's the next option..
The Novas glass people came last night and fixed the chip in my windscreen it was all done in less than 20mins, they told me my car is sadly prone to window chips, because of its size, being just at the right height when stones flick up from tyres of larger vehicles, didn't make me feel very good being told that.. but least I have free glass cover on my car insurance so dont have to pay a cent to get repairs, but this is the 2nd full windscreen I've had & 1st chip on it... so I kinda believe what he said about height.. I have a 2010 Mazda Verisa hatchback automatic,.. its just a little bit bigger than your Suzuki I think.. I had a Mazda Capella Station wagon before this, and I didn't really need the space in it anymore.. so downsized, yet this car has been a diamond to me, and it goes faster than the Station wagon did I feel... like faster pick up via fuel injection and as it has a overdrive that acts like a turbo if used correctly.. I think the Suzuki has that too?, which I didn't have in the station wagon cos it was a standard manual 5 speed.. still you can only go as fast as the speed limit in any car lol.. I like the auto now cos it feels quicker. Sorry got carried away in car talk, but you get the drift..lol pun intended..
I hear you Vlada, I also sense your frustration at how things seem to get thrown our way to deal with, when it's so many things at once frustrations hit like a volcano of feelings, it's good..although it doesn't feel like it at the time to just blow off steam, I did that Saturday. Lots been going on and it's been hard to keep catching up. It's been busy to say the least, with lots of challenge and change and like you pain. It all slows us down even when buzzing in a creative way at the same time. Weather here slows me down, we've been having spells in England where it's been too hot to function.
Loads of apples this year so I've been peeling a lot of fruit, 2 sponges with apple and blackberry and yesterday just apple and blackberry.
Water levels in this country are very low, causing reservoirs to lose water. Sections of canals are being closed, in particularly locks. Although not had change to go out on the boat it's still pretty worrying.
I bought a new computer a few months ago and had login difficulties on my emails on the new computer. Security online has really tightened up lately, so many numbers and different log in and also not been able to sort out the tech jargon, it's all a bit hit and miss. Skype close down and now it's altered to Teams, that's one thing that went ok but my old computer wouldn't accept Teams, one of the reasons I bought a new one and the speakers on my old one packed up working properly.
And YES I had the same problem with my Suzuki, a whole new set was needed, haven't got the car now, I had it for a long time and it was like a part of me, I got upset when it went off for spares because I knew the car well. It had failed it's MOT and had quite a few recommendations to make it pass.
I hope that we both get a run of luck and life gets less stressy. After watching the video above I thought I'd go out and sit on the grass, maybe play my drum. I used to lie out on a natural mat and sun myself and next door's cats used to join me, either snuggled up by my side or almost sitting on my head! Life just got too hectic I guess Vlada.
Found leather shoes with leather soles on Etsy yesterday with a copper stud for earth walking and some of the bare foot shoes on Amazon I noticed yesterday had copper studs inserted.
I've got pads somewhere with magnets in, not sure what happened to those!
Oh and to add to this dilemma and calamity of affairs, I went to Tauranga on the weekend with a friend before I went I had my car get a full valet, and I purchased a whole set of 4 brand new spiffy hub caps cos the ones on it were obviously original from when it was imported and they were shockingly scuffed, ...anyway I asked the valet guy to put them on and could he please put cable tie tags on them to stop them falling off, like eck he did, said with a long drawn out twang!..bloomin eck and he didn't do a very good job of valeting my car either he was way too rushed, left a load of crap under the back door up round the roof region and around the edges & under my window rain guards, the moss was still a growin like a it was in a hot house terrarium all it needed was a few mushroom spores ,...
I could have done a better myself [but I cant cos my shoulders stuffed] and yet for what I paid him I wont be going back, but that's not the end of the matter,.... I'm driving to Tauranga and I'm going through a round about and I hear this tinkle tinkle sound, but no one honked at me to tell me did they...my mate behind me didn't even honk the twat!... but one of the new hub caps spun off didn't it, so now I have to buy another full set cos they dont sell them separately do they, oh no you have to buy a full set... so that valet cost me a arm and a leg and this on top of it was just ridiculous, but still thats not the end of the dilemmas, wait for it ...
I was following a large SUV at the correct normal car distance and the bloomin thing flicked up a stone and it hit my windscreen with such force I even blinked & turned my head side ways when it hit as if I saw it coming at me, I blocked it instantly with turning my head & my hand actually went up too like I was in a sparring ring at tae-kwando blocking an opponent lol... yup you guessed it- I have a stone chip in my windscreen dont I blah!! ..
Luckily I'm insured and I got it fixed today on my free glass cover but gees what a damn week I've had..so you can see why I'm grounding still today I was even sitting on the grass outside all my animals around me all asleep, then I came inside and they followed me in and did the same thing, its like they know when I'm stressed and they are comforting me.. can these honestly be karmic debt I dont think so I havn't done anything wrong to anyone, nor caused any ill feelings between anyone nothing, I just feel I've been put through a ringer and hung out to dry.. Oh no shoot not allowed to be in the sun, the pain meds I'm on right now are effected by to much sun it says on the packet..
Oh its just been a nightmare to be honest 1 thing after another testing my patience level thats for sure, & I'm exhausted now, with so much racing around to people too, cos I'd place comments for them on one site and they would ignore them and then add time differences to the equation it was like sitting on a egg shell waiting for it to crack & hatch, then certain emails I'd send to this person they would bounce back at me from the post master, and the person wouldn't follow the directions of the postmaster to solve the issue, then the next thing I know I started to receive a error code on signing into one site, and I could only get into it via a new link off a post, If I moved off the page to go to another thing like a group I'd instantly get booted out the site unable to get back in, till the next day or from a new post... so I had to suss out how to fix that issue by going to Youtube and following step by step directions, into the back of my pc even I feel like I've been given a crash course of being an IT to solve error codes LOL.. then cos I'd removed so much from behind the scenes of my pc I couldn't get into my gward damn email inbox then fullstop I thought sh-t I've stuffed it now what....
I was on to Microsoft asking desperately to help me claiming I'd been bashed around by technology trying to suss it for days I was loosing the plot pulling my hair out and loosing all hope of ever gaining my inbox back again, you know what they said, get this ---"have you put in a 4 digit pin code in the last few months by any chance?",... I said "yes on my cell phone only though, not my sign in to outlook page", then they said--- "well its all connected to your email inbox, and you've just wiped your whole cache case and the redirect of your DSN also all from the back section and its taken every link away to outlook and now you have to replace your sign in pin pass key again like its a new sign in login"--- I said I havn't got a pass key though to sign in to outlook, I've got a 4 digit pin code only on my cell phone", they then said ---"its the same thing".... FFS I didn't say it, but I felt like it,
see this is PC lingo that confuses the heck out of people who arnt PC savy.. they are the same thing, now did you know that a pin code & a pass key are the same gwad damn thing!.. but just different terminologies... so I put in the 4 digits didn't I and Bam I'm in my email inbox phew...I just wasted a whole day trying everything said on their stupid self help lists going in circles like a mad man and to solve it was 4 numbers....so I'm grounding myself big time..LOL..fudge fudge n more fudge..
ahhh yes that's been happening to me too Vlada, as usual Ning have working elements they don't seem to fix, when I used to admin for the poetry site they said to me it's browser dependent or "clear your cookies" Good to see you around again, missed you
Your welcome Julie... sorry I havn't been in here for a bit, I've been having major issues with my pc not receiving any email notifications on a number of websites all are Ning of course and so I have to go to the activity feed to see what's been posted..I've spoken to Ning about it also and they just do jack to fix anything these days..
inspiring thanks Vlada!
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.
A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...
