I mentaly look at myself, into my heart and it simply connects me with all around me and awakens my higher senses.

ironically, when i think about where i mentally limit the 'universe', and i realize again that my limits are not actually real, it is grounding

and then everywhere is the center of the universe....

that is what i do when i can't trust my heart. though sometimes i can't trust my mind either. maybe they just can't trust each other :D

entrain with all through the heart space, you both have said the same feeling, which is really beautiful, and so inspiring. we are so passionate and gorgeous, we creatures of nature's love, we are not machines but feeling sonar, life energy..we are music! xoxo

yes that is how i felt when i read Morell's post! it is the same feeling. just different description....

all paths lead home i suppose :)

They do, but our feeling and understanding of them is different. Nevermind. Where is love and humbles, all descriptions can meld into one harmonic truth.

I stay grounded the Earth by long walks in the woods and writing poetry.

I tend to find physical items that also resonate with me on the soul level...manifesting my 5D self (and even 6D energies) here.  That is part of it.  I live right in the busiest part of a small isolated town but have no energetic ties to the area...so I do not ground well here, and I do not believe I am meant to.  I think once I move to a location that is more in alignment with me...my connection will be stronger.  I do however, try to bring natural elements into my apt.

Multi Dimensional Reality

The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament"  or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
ONLY that whisper
ONLY that thought
the world is forever changed beyond the fears and dreams of cardboard men.
Freedom and change starts within:
It is encouraged by truth and courage of people who love
Built by the respect of true beings standing as one before each other.
Lets us cross every man made borders
without fear stare into eyes and hearts of all our brothers and sisters: within our words without shouting,or force to hold each to our truths; and let us without fear freely share what works...
