Carl made this group, he is not around anymore he’s into many things. One was Manannan, the god of the sea which he embodied in many ways. Lots of love to him.
I have noticed the main thing about time passing in the body is that you have more drama / trauma to overcome and for example last night I felt as though my heart was breaking you know what happened was not bad sad but piled up on all the other sadness is my heart literally felt that this scar is where I had sewn it up, Interesting. I will work more on this tonight to work on repairing my heart so that it can have a wider expanse

Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.
A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
