Things are getting better
They are. I'm sure of it. Today I was dealing with the king of angels, their leader and authority. Wouldn't waste my time with him, but I had to. It ended with setting agels free from the old ways and from the one god and human slavers. Angels are no more part of any church. I feel strong changes in the spirituality after that. King of angels promissed to join the new age, that is comming, that angels are indeed going to help humanity.
When the king came to me, he looked old and bothered, tired. He was leaving looking young and very fresh, eager about his new tasks.
I'm not one of them or their servant, but I feel good now. The iece and freedom are comming. The news and media will be darker for that, their owners still wish the return of the old ways and of the old days. So I guess that Year 2019 will be year of chaos, bot only at the first look. Thhe more and more ridiculous informations from news and the churches, from manipulators will make peaople leave them. I believe angels will support this leaving the old behind. and year 2020, among being very amazing numerologicaly, can be the beggining of new, at least here in Europe. I cannot speak about the rest of the world, the cataclism of change is here. If it will turn out good, the rest of the world will follow.

Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.

Insight Timer ~ Guided Meditations for phone Apps
I've been using Insight Timer, linked below. It's an App I have on my phone that gives access to Guided Meditations. I'm finding it useful for short meditations, they range from 5 mins to 10mins, some longer but so far I haven't tried out longer meditations.
