Triple Heart Portal Ascension Meditation

The Star Councils of Light offer this 'triple-One-Heart' connection process ... explaining along the way that our One-Heart (or your Ascended Divine Consciousness heart) is activated FIRST through loving connection with Gaia/Earth and Her Core Crystal.

Following this we are assisted in expanding our auras, and then connecting in with the Galactic-Heart in the centre of the Milkyway Galaxy - otherwise known as the Great Central Sun.

We discover that the human One-Heart has a natural ability to connect with the Earth-Heart and the Galactic-Heart, all 3 of which act as torroidal fields ... and that this is an essential part of our ascension process!
