There is one problem with most people when they're trying to release the 7th chakra, and it wasn't explained in this video, it is that letting go doesn't mean you're abandoning the object of attachment, it doesn't mean that you don't love something or someone: Your reality is created by your mind, so when you let go the object of attachment, eventually it will go back to you. When you hold it, it will go away. Fear of loss causes loss, passion takes things away from you because it is your ego holding things. You can't hold anything because nothing is actually yours, the universe (Nature, God, Subconscious mind...) is only borrowing you stuff so that you can delight yourself with them temporally. Your car isn't yours, your girlfriend isn't yours, your house, your parents, even your own life, everything is borrowed to you. Release everything and everything will get back to you. So how do you release everything? By knowing the true meaning of love, love isn't selfish. Passion (Ego) is. Be thankful for your life, your family, your friends and for the people that have or are crossing your path (Even your enemies), you can take a lesson out of everything that happens in your life. Being thankful means that you're thanking the universe for the things that were borrowed to you, this way the universe (God, nature, subconscious mind) will give you more of what you're thanking him/her/it. For example, your partner broke up, if you want your partner to go back, you'll have to let him/her go. Forget about him or her and start living your own life, you two will be together later or you'll find someone better. What is happening here when you let your partner go? What you're doing is respecting his/her decision, you're not treating the person as your own property so eventually the person will know what he/she has lost, even if you two don't get together anymore. Same goes for everything in your life. If you're holding something it means you're afraid to lose it, if you're afraid to lose it it means that you don't actually love it, cause if you did, you'd know that when you're holding things you're being selfish treating as a property of yours something that was borrowed to you, and love is not selfish. Don't rob things from the Universe, or else you'll be punished.
