It is said that it is good to shower yourself with cold watter adn I must admit that it is true.

You should not start with really cold watter, but just less warm tha usuall. It takes time for your body to adapt. Take your time, It may last months before you will notice the effects of cold showers. For me real improvement in my imunity showed up after two years.

Trully, I did not expected much more than fun from theese. But I found some trasures in Hobbit films.

In the first one there is scene in the end of movie, where eagles flyes over the Misty mountains with the company. I haven't seen such a beatifull and magical scene in years, maybe ever. Almost make you feel ike you are flying there with them.

I remembered lesson of Enlgish, where we were speaking about czech words and their English translation and how different these languares are. Truth is that in czech many neanings can become by adding preffix or sufix to word. English use this as well but not so much...
