Well, I am feeling somewhat tired, and I have to say it did take it out of me this weekend. But boy, was it worth it!!!
There was nothing more magical, more special, more that I could have wanted for our wedding. It was perfect! ^_^
Just as I left my parent's house, with my father the sun dipped behind some clouds and it started to rain slightly, and by the time we got to the botanical gardens where the ceremony was being held it had become pretty heavy… Continue

We ventured out on the highways yesterday, the Fourth of July for the first time in many years. It was an interesting trip as we observed the best in humanity on the roadways. People were driving way too fast, cutting others off and going along their merry way to destinations unknown. Sparkles from The Green Faery
My dear fae~friend, Kayleigh, went to Tokyo, Japan earlier this year.
In fact it was partly Kay that came up with the Faery names for us...She is the sparkly green faery and I am the sparkly purple faery ~ as they are our favourite colours and we both love all things faery/mystical/magickal/elven/mythical.

My wedding ring has arrived!!!
So it's only the one at the moment...but at least that's one down and only one to go!!!
Well technically it's three down and one to go! I'm afraid being a typical faery I got distracted by all the beautiful sparkly things and so couldn't make my mind up. So I ordered 3 rings and am now currently sat with all 3, trying them on and then changing them around and seeing which one I like most with my engagement ring....LMAO!
I hope this means Chris's ring will be available soon… Continue

Sitting on the couch last night Samson began rustling in my hair and following my acknowledgement he said that he would not be at the store or with me at home today. Silk paintings...
So...I was getting more than a little frustrated with myself yesterday.
I had a great idea some months ago, to make myself and my bridesmaid (my sister) a pashmina/shawl made from very fine silk, which I was intending to handpaint with some butterfly designs and then sew on silk flowers and embellish them with small sequins and beads.
I designed them and they looked great, fairly simplistic on paper and compared to things I have designed and made in the past VERY… Continue

dream of faery passport
I dreamed that a small dark haired person gave me a fairy passport. It was a set of transparent wings, like a dragon flys that could be added to my normal passport. Be careful, she said, dont fold them otherwise you will make them ineffective. When I woke up, i found a large crane fly on my fountain in the bed room. It had the same kind of wings.

dream about a giant
last night i dreamed I was in another world - somehow more random and magical than this one. A large animal, maybe like a mink or creature like that (will try to find a picture and identify it - maybe it was a large polecat or wolverine, because it had a mask on its face), went into a hollow branch of a tree and travel through it. Multi Dimensional Reality
The world as you know it - all that you see, taste, feel and touch, comprises only about 5% of all of the stuff of the universe. The other 95% is what we have considered "nothing" or the "firmament" or dark matter or the heavens or mystic Other Worlds. This 95% is multi-dimensional and consists of potential realities that may be perceived.
A single thought...a mere whisper, ...... barely upon a breeze that catches a spark... all is tinder before the firestorm... and yet.
